What are the companies that offer the CHAT or EMAIL support in the Philippines? What are the qualifications do they need when it comes to CHAT or EMAIL support? Is it complicated to work here? Do you have any options if you can choose the day shift? How are you going to be trained here? Since I wasn’t able to pass the online gaming account in Teleperformance and for a fact that the account was already closed that they are no longer hiring, I am planning to apply in other accounts that offers the chat/email support or any account which is non voice. Because I believe in chat or email support my forte is more on that and since I am used to post in forums and chat with other people as well.

Normally, Chat and Email support team is hired internally. I was an IT Technical Support in one account and was transferred after few months to Chat and Email Team. But before I became an IT agent, I applied in a company for a day shift and non voice account. I can recommend our company as we currently offer a day shift and local account non voice campaign. Send me a message if you are interested.

I added you as a friend already so that I could send message. And yes I am 100% interested to apply. I just want to ask if there is contract bond there if I will undergo for training?

In our company, no such thing as a contract band. I know what you mean, some company has around 6 months contract. However, some of the additional bonus will just be given after three months of stay. I am sure you will not notice the time as the training normally lasts for one and half month, plus additional training on the floor. Just to ask, are you interested in Non voice day shift or non voice account will do? I was in a UK account before, pure non voice, answering emails only. Once I hit the quota, I am good for the day. Then there is a new account that was open last August 2012, Australian and Electronics company, a well known company that is why I requested to be transferred. I took calls for about three months and was transferred to chat and email support afterwards. I checked with the HR Team, we do have a business account (local) that handles non voice campaign (telecom), you might be interested with that.

Message sent to you I am more interested in Non Voice Day Shift account only. It could be better for me if that is purely non voice without calls because I am weak in hearing accents especially if that is from UK.
