What will you do when you are in bad mood?

Hi mylotter When you are in bad mood or something makes you unhappy, what will you do to recover? This week I quarelled with my boyfriend through phone about our planning of this year. I felt very depressed.It bothered me a little. I could't fall asleep well.So in the evening I went for running half an hour then back to room and had a warm bath.I felt tired so I could fall sleep soon. so mylotter, what will you do in this case? Any good idea to relax or recover yourself?Thanks.

Well when I'm in a bad bad mood I will not talking to anyone because I don't want make mistakes with my words that would hurt them.Then have a bath and finally cooking and eat it and eat again,again and again...Bad habit?But after doing that I will okay..:)

Well I usually go for a round with my bicycle when I'm in a bad mood. If the weather isn't that good I prefer listening to some music while playing a video game. It's funny that many people, when they are down, they do stuff that get them tired after sometime (ether physically or mentally)

Sometimes your mood depends on how you start your day like when you wake up in the morning setting your mind with a positive outlook and the rest of the day will all be positive. What I do is when I wake in the morning I start it with a prayer thanking Him for another day and asking Him to fill my day with love,joy,peace, prosperity, forgiveness and understanding and I really have a good day.Try it and you will enjoy your life everyday.

I usually quiet when I'm in bad mood especially at work.To replace my bad mood into happiness I usually go out and eat my fave foods.

Sometimes I also do like your way but most of the time when I came back home,yes I will feel a little bit better but my problem still exists there unless I have got a satisfied answer from the person who hurt me or who I hurt.How about you?

hi shirley2all I listen to classical music, like Mozart, Beethoven and Bach. That soothes me then I my lot and relax talk to you all and forget I was upset. Than I can go back and talk it all out with the person who upset me. Communication often is the key to boyfriend, girlfriend relations and to good happy marriages. talk it out instead of holding anger in and making you stressed.Exercise as you mentioned is also a great way to destress oneself.

Hi shirley2all, When i am in a bad mood i sit back a put on my music. I do be on my pc alot and i find that helps but there is days i just go to bed and sleep it off. All the best.

Oh,it is good.Sleep it off then tommorrow is a brand-new day.Something unhappy with my colleagues or anyone else, I can be recovered in a very short time. But everytime I quarelled with my boyfriend,especially he hurt me a lot, I felt very sad even I can't focus on my job.At this time it bothered me unless we resumed as usual.

when im in a bad mood. i open my computer and watch funny pictures especially on 9gag.com it makes me in a good mood as fast as you can say i want to be in a good mood. hahahaha!

When I have enough time, I will have a travel to release my stress. But when I do not have the time to go out, I will buy some snacks and eat. So that is the very reason for me to be so fat now. It is said that sport is a good way to get out of depression. But when I was a student, the sport lessen the worst lesson. So when I go to the gym, i will find out that I am the worst one in the gym. So i do not choose the way to help me out. In my experience, talking with other people is a good way to relax, at the same time, you have a chance toe get new idea and help from other people to solve the problems.

i really feel the same way, my boyfriend and i have a fight the other day, last Thursday, because of out future plans.. It made us shakey! and it made me sick, seriously i had fever, cough and colds! Just so affected of me. But we're now fine, not so totally. When Im not in the mood i do mylot,facebook , east so yummy foods and sleep. That's all i could do..

Before when Im in a bad mood, I will eat chocolates, ice cream, pizza and lots of other junk foods. Until I notice that I increase my weight. But now, I changed it, into listening of spiritual music to gain my self esteem and to have a peace of mind.

i have the tendency to throw things when i'm in a bad mood. so i just keep to myself and avoid going out on public. i also experience insomnia when i feel bad that's why i drink hot milk tea to soothe my temper. it actually makes me sleep and clears my head little bit so i guess it helps.

When i'm depressed mood. I would like to take a longer bath...and crying while bathing till all the energy is gone...haha...otherwise, i will cry on bed...When i'm in depress mood i will always want to cry, If din cry out, the feeling won't disappear ==
