It's difficult for me to be asleep these days

Why God treat me like this?It's really the most painful thing.Think about it,if you lay in the bed for hours and can't be asleep,you can do nothing but look at the ceiling desperately.How ridiculous am I,the more I want to be asleep,the more difficult it would be.The more i don't want to be nervous,the more i tense.why why why why,maybe desperation can lead me to extrication.Only when I'm desperate can i care about nothing.

Relax, take a deep breath and have a warm shower, turn on some soothing music or read some story books, they may help you to calm down and put you to sleep after half an hour. There is no need to bring God into your sleepless night, it has nothing to do with him except that your brain is not willing to retire into the night yet. You are not going to become extinct or in this desperate situation forever, be happy and think of the bright side, you wil fall asleep sooner than you wish after reading this.

I don't know why you think it is the Devil overtake you making you having sleepless night. My friend, it has nothing to do with God neither Satan nor Devil (religion). Your are not tire, your brain is not willing to fall asleep, it could be as simple as that, so just try to relax, read some books, listen to music, or even watch some tv program until you feel like dozing off. OR you can just go outside for a short walk or jog if circumstances permit that and it is absolutely safe to do so, after the stretch up, you may feel fatigue and more incline to fall asleep after a warm bath. Give it a try, if it work, you can thank me later.

Thank you lampar.actually I feel much better today.After these days,I have learnt to be "dangding" ,which means be calm to deal with all kinds of things.I think soon I will conquer the evil which makes me difficult to fall asleep with your advice and my "dangding".thank you!

Sometimes I also get bouts of insomnia. What I Find that helps with sleeping a lot is doing some kind of hardcore exercising about an hour before you want to go to sleep. For me, I work out on the stationary bike & elliptical machine for about 30 minutes a piece - and then my body is Exhausted! . Also try reading before you go to sleep. Those both have helped me. Soemtimes stepping away from the computer for a while and getting some fresh air is in your best interests.

Thank you,maezee.Actually I was to tired to exercise,maybe fatigue doesn't work for my sleeplessness.But as you said,trying reading before I go to sleep may work on me.I will try it.thank you for your advice,maezee.

I do not believe that God is at fault for your lack of sleep. Of course to each their own in your beliefs, and I won't trample on yours. I do hope you can find a way to relax your body and mind for sleep. I've been in your shoes, laying awake for hours only to need to get up early in the morning. Maybe some nice soothing tea will help your mind and body relax, or a nice hot bath as well.

I'm sorry about that.I am a Chinese boy,and we Chinese don't have "God",maybe the similar word should be "shangtian" for our Chinese.So,I thought "shangtian" treat me unfairly.Also,I know it has nothing to do with "shangtian".It's all my fault.And all I need to do are relax,relax and relax.Thank you,SomeCowgirl(15068).

Hi there. You probably have a troubled mind right now that is way you are having difficulty in sleeping. I say sort those things that are bothering you during the day. And when it is time to sleep, let go of negative thoughts think of the happy ones and do not try to fall asleep. You will eventually sleep, or do some activities during the day, keep your body busy so that you will get tired and will fall asleep easily. Peace of mind is important for us to have a good sleep. Hope it will work on you.

Yes, you are right,I have a troubled mind.I think too much when I'm in my bed which makes me fall asleep very late.I shouldn't think too much,I should try to be calm.Thanks dazzledlady.
