the key of BBM price policy is not in government but in DPR

i read in detik about this news.. some politics lecturer said, actually the policy of increasing BBM price is not from the president and government..but from DPR member.. the president only apply the dpr policy so?

You need to explain to the worldwide reader about bbm and dpr. Some reader will assume it "blackbery messenger"

it was okay..i make in indonesian interest and i think all of us know and understand what is the meaning of BBM.. right?? must i explain BBM for you??
