I suggest that you read that link before you post anything else because I see from your activity that you are using text/chat language here and not English. Only English is accepted here if you want to earn for your posts.
We earn for:
- QUALITY particpation in the discussions
- using the search
- completing tasks

Your English seems fine to me but if you are not happy with it, then the more time that you spend here the sooner it will improve.
There are not many sites that pay you while you practive your English eh? 
I advice everyone, when I see them typing 'u' instead of 'you', to alter their habits. Some listen and some don't. You will see the difference once you get used to writing correctly and your posts automatically become longer if you write the whole word, instead of a shortened version, too
