College degree will you still get it if your a little older.

Hi there guys,
I had been wondering about this maybe 2-3 years back, about people still trying to get a degree even if they are a bit older.
Ive seen it in the news, some of 75 years of age still just finishing and passing Law Bar exams, 50 years old people still getting education after they have already succeeded in there profession that they chose while they were still younger.
Sif ever had the chance maybe if my family is stable and i think i have all i need and my children are independent already i think I'll try to pursue automotive or mechanical engineering in the future it is a dream that i hope to fulfill someday but for now i am a competent Nurse.

Yes, those stories are really inspiring. 
they show how important education is and that it is never too late to pursue your dreams. I just feel blessed that I can continue school for now and also worried if i can finish on time before the money runs out..

Hey don't worry about it and just keep typing here in my-lot maybe you can use that creative writing to furnace your education right so even though it is a long shot push on remember winners never quit and quitters never get the degree so push on you can do it.

Many people rather do in fact wait until they are much older to get their degree. They might not have had the opportunity to do so when they were younger or perhaps it was not something that they wanted. Now that they are much older, it is something that is very much that they want and they don't let a barrier such as age really stopping them from doing what they want.
I think that it is a rather commendable thing to really get your degree, no matter what the age. There are just going to be times where it is done older and older. And some people just want a degree to say that they got one, as they get older in their life. As long as a person can handle the work load and are willing to work hard, then they will be able to accomplish their dream.
