Did you ever thought where we currently are versus where we wanted to be in life?? What was your aspiration to become some day and where you are at present? In these days, both work and personal life gets more and more blended. How do you reach the goals that you set for yourself both personal and professional? This is one aspect of life we dont give a thought much often but when we do give a thought, its becomes either a very fascinating subject for those you have gone far to achieve their dreams or becomes an average or disappointment for those who did not! Well about me.. I aspired to become a CEO of some company and am surely working towards it but at present, I am not so joyful/satisfied about the results. Surely i need to work much harder than I think.. :) he he :) Well, on a serious side, please give a thought and share whatever you think about it or about your personal experiences about your life/career/aspiration/dreams.. whatever you would like to add from your point of view. I want it to be a life sharing experience on a very light note so that it might help you to draw your vision ahead in life through medium of retrospection by taking a recap in your past. Thanks for sharing your experiences..

As a child, I had always wanted to be a school teacher, but as I grew older I realised that I had absolutely no authority whatsoever over children, I'm more on the same level as them. My teacher in elementary school always reckoned I'd become a journalist or a poet, but neither appealed to me. Then, I came to my decision - I had a passion for horses, so I would do a degree in Equine Science... That was fine and dandy until I got into the University, started the course and ended up in the hospital as my allergy to horses as well as anything got to do with them (grass, hay) overcame my poor body. I had to quit my course and finally the one thing that I wanted to do with my life was taken away from me. That hit me hard. Long story short, between jobs and travelling, I ended up at my mother's place of work. These days I am an IT Tutor and Sales & Marketing Executive for the company. I love my job. I love teaching and I LOVE selling and marketing and hope to spend the rest of my working life doing it.

well explained and all the very best with your life ahead!! You have done well in your life even though there were some limitations stopping you from your dreams and inspiration but thats ok!! Everyone has some or other problems which hinders them at some point of time. You still can follow your passion through horse riding :) :)

My doc at the hospital told me that the next time I go near a horse it's to be in a full body suit and respirator. Not that I listened to that though... I've gone horseriding a few times since then, but nothing regular. I'm really not supposed to be around them too often. Thanks very much for the kind words findcutegj, it's inspiring sometimes for folks to praise you for these things, especially when you don't see them as a big deal yourself. I'm glad that I am where I am and even though what I really wanted to do didn't work out, I'm sure it's for the best.

For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a writer. I am currently a freelance writer for several websites. I am so thankful to be getting paid for doing what I love. Being a writer is such a blessing. Have a great weekend!

Life always far away from our goal, it is for me too. when I set up my goal, even I tried my best to learn and work hard to want to achieve it, however life is realistic, many factors will affect our result, such as interpersonal relation disturbance, circumstance or other our own conditions. My goal is to earn more money and to buy a house, however, it is far away from me, though I worked hard, when I will achieve my goal? It isn't whimsical dream, it is actual and necessary.so sometimes, we couldn't give up our goals though we don't achieve it by current. Hope we will achieve it very soon. Have a nice day.
