I don't remember my AlertPay transaction PIN.

Yes, I'm in a big mess. I don't remember my transaction PIN. As I was going through my profile I saw a feature there that says transaction PIN and when I went in, it asks for my current transaction PIN and my NEW transaction PIN. When I first signed up in AlertPay, I don't remember even setting up any PINs...well maybe I did but when I tried the feature of 'forgot transaction PIN' I got a security question. Great! I can answer this one. That's where I'm wrong. My answer, which is supposed to be correct so far as I can remember is incorrect according to the message the popped up. This is getting me frustrating. Who has some similar experience such as this as well? Any advice please? Yeah, I already contacted them via the support center. And all I'm doing now is just waiting for them to respond. So what do I have to expect once they've read my complain and decided to contact me?

This happened to me over a year ago. I contacted the site (not sure through which link though) and they got back to me, asked a few questions, and then gave me a new one - which I saved carefully. It might be slow this week-end as it's a holiday but next week they should respond to your contact within the hour. Good luck!

I just got a fake mail supposedly from Alertpay I only have $0.95 in my account there right now and it is unverified so they didn't hit lucky trying to gain access to my account

Mou, that's bad for me! I have about $55 in my AP account. I hope I can solve this without having to lose that much money.

I have been trying to contact them for almost a week but I am patient. I will try to contact them again this time or tomorrow. Maybe they will respond soon. I was afraid nobody had the same problem as me so I was feeling down lately. Thanks for sharing, mysdianait!

This seems like a problem. All I can think of is them resetting your phrase and pin and sending any confirmation link to your email to set up some new ones....

Yes, I remember that when I created my AlertPay account a long time ago I forgot something but I don't remember what. I think it was the pin as well or I didn't have one as they implemented this later on... Inreally don't remember it :/

I also suspected that the implementation of the transaction PIN upon sign up is only just recently. Have you found the solution to such a problem?

It is really irritating when you don't remember your own passwords specailly when there's money you have to get in that certain accounts... Frustrating at times also. I remember I had once received an email saying I have one in Liberty Reserve account. Well, I really don't know if it's true that I win, but then I can't remember my password so I changed it. But then I don't know if it affects the winnings I got. I didn't even get it. Too bad!

I did not forgot my password but my transaction pin...supposedly. And I wasn't able to enter my transaction PIN upon sign up because it was not implemented until recently. So now, whenever I enter my own transaction pin--or even the answer to the supposedly security question to retrieve the transaction pin--I always get a message that it's an error.

Good to see that they did get back to you. Now, once you get it sorted, put your new PIN in a safe place

Will do. Actually, I already know what PIN I'm gonna use. It's a series of numbers that I wear so close to my heart.

Finally, they did. They sent me a form that I should fill up to verify my person and reset my transaction PIN. I already sent the answered form to them and all I'm doing is just waiting for them to send me back an e-mail to confirm that they have perform a reset on my security question and transaction PIN. Actually, now that I remember, I never did assign any security question or transaction PIN to my account during the time of my signup. I would have remembered those and answered the security question easily. You see, the security question placed there was "What was your first phone number that you can remember?" Ever since young we had four phone numbers and I can still remember them all. That question is really a piece of cake and so will my transaction PIN if I had really assigned them. When I was not able to answer both of them, I panicked and came here almost crying. Thanks for responding and Happy MyLotting!
