How much does it take to cancel your visa in Alertpay?

Hello friends
Have you ever added your visa to alertpay bank and the you canceled it?
And after that you want to add it to another account but you couldent, maybe because it is not completely canceled?!!!
Am wonderfing how much does it take to be canceled, so you can use it again with another electronic banck account?!!

I tried to add mine sometimes but later on I cancelled. I was still able to use the same account on another webiste without any problem. Did you fill up the required information when you cancelled? I remember filling some information during the cancellation including my Alertpay code no.

I mean that I want to connect the Visa with alertpay (and let me say, this is the first account) , and I added it for this reason, then I canceled it.
Now am trying to add it to onther alertpay account, but I couldent. I don't know why! Does that mean it should take a time to be completely canceled from the first account?!
