need help with paypal

hi sarwesh, first let me know you wish to transfer funds from paypal or to paypal ,or you wish to tranfer the funds to your local bank account,so go to paypal site and veryfy with your bank account and credit/debit card,after confirming it, they will try to send some sample money to your account, after confirming that by you, they will transfer the amount which is lying in paypal to your local bank account regularly,have a nice day

Well Simple Just Tag the credit card with PP and use to Purchase any thing only from which site support PP as a payment processor.. Or If you have not a Credit Card than Try on your own Risk Some Currency Exchange site which convert your Indian Currency first in Dollor and than Transfer to your Paypal Account...

You must to check bellow problems or things: 1-you must have an upgrade account type premier no personal 2-when attach your card must be mater card or visa 2-card mus be secured by system INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT 3DSECURE(contact your bank company and ask them about this) 3-if the card is new you must make a minim transaction by your card:interrogate account,transfer money...

Yes as someone said attaching a credit card or bank account to your pay pal account is the best thing and you just have money in your card or account and you can use it to purchase things or do transactions online but you will not be able to purchase from indian companies or send money to other indian pay pal user accounts.

dont worry just have a permanent bank acount in india current or saving after that sign up for a paypal acount with a personal saving acount type, then fill up the application form and after that give ur bank acount infrmatn details and ur acount would be credited within4-5 days... Sorry I wish I could help you but I am not from India, but from what i know, in some countries they require you to have a credit card.
