how to change the e-mail size capacity

Now that i have located the e-mail database, i want to know how would you change the e-mail size limit? because it is not sending e-mail or receiving e-mail more than 10mb an we want to send o receive bigger than that. We are using parallel plesk Cpanel for our domain.. i only found the e-mail quota for each e-mail address but the e-mail size i cannot find.
