Everything Has It's Good and Bad

I have come to the conclusion now that everything has it's good and bad points about them, generally. Example~ There is a good thing that my brother's job is so close and he can take off work to take my dad to the Dr as he pleases and he doesn't use his sick days for his own kind of things. He doesn't have any money to take a vacation, etc. anyways. The bad thing is he is here 24/7 in between working and he takes over the TV when he is at home, and literally it's all he likes to do most of the time. He sleeps on the couch next to my bedroom and he wakes me up with his coughing and such alot. Do you agree there are good and bad things about everything? Give one example. But another question~ after work, are there many things you have to do, or do you mostly just veg out on the couch watching TV most of the time til you fall asleep and let mostly everyone else take care of the food, dishes, household errands, and some other things? Is four hours of TV after work too much? Are you male or female?

While my granddaughter was here I was stressed constantly. You can believe what she tells you and the landlord wanted her out of here because of her bad rep here from years back. So I was stressed. But, it was nice having her here because she likes to cook and clean. So that was a good thing. I no longer work so the second part wouldn't apply to me.

Yes, can't. She is rather hyper and doing these things was likeable to her.

Ok. I can see why the landlord had their differences but people do change too and they aren't like they used to be in all situations.

Did you mean can't* believe? :-) The fact she likes to cook and clean, wow, there aren't many like that. I do too but if I don't have to I would let someone do it for me, but like when is that gonna happen though? Ha.

Waking up early is a struggle. It’s a thing I struggle to do and it has many benefits and less demerits. I have many hours to work and I get the best service if I wake up early. On the other hand I get tired fast later in the evening. I have no time for TV programmes but I always follow the news. Four hours are a lot for me.

For me too, I find it harder and harder to wake up early. Under my depressing circumstances it is double hard. I get tired fast in the evening as well, partially maybe due to my thyroid problem.

Everything does have its good and bad indeed. I think being in a relationship is a prime example, as there is a lot to be said for being able to rely on someone, however you can also enjoy the freedom of being single a lot of the time as well. With regars to your other question, I work from 9-5 every day, and when I get home I have to cook dinner and wash up, and then do some washing and ironing, and I tend to find that once I have done everything that I need to do, I don't really have the time to watch any television at all.

Yes, relationships included, thats for sure. I enjoy being single now but the depending on someone all the time is pretty much not the best part of it. You are very responsible and mature, I hope someday my brother has those qualities.

there is always two faces of the coin so i agree with you. well, i am working mom so basically i cannot take a rest when i am at home. i have to attend to my son's needs because when he sees me around it's all mommy and would never want anyone but mommy. we watch TV when we are at home but at 9pm we go to sleep already so it si not that long. i think there is nothing wrong with that but try to get at least 8 hours of sleep so your body will ahve time to detoxify. happy mylotting!

i know, i need that many hours of sleep but don't get it. my body stresses due to that too. i can't help the situation right now as yet. 9 p.m. seems nice to go to bed by. i know you're a wonderful mommy, and have to be to take no rest and tend to his needs after work.

Ther are always advantage and disadvantge for everything. For example, here in our coutry, call center agents really earn a lot but they are going to work in a graveyard shift. After work, I usually do cooking for our dinner as well as for our lunch the following day, after dinner, have play with my son and we usually watch TV for about an hour then go to sleep. We usually try to have atleat 7 hours of sleep.

Yea, I can see where that has it's ups and downs, like some other types of jobs. There are hazardous powders and stuff at my brother's job but he refuses to use a mask too and that doesn;t help his coughing, another pitfall of his job which he only lives about 3 minutes away (by car) from.

I agree with it. I am living alone or with just my son, it is not a choice and t's kinda lonely but then it is good because I am free to do whatever I like in the house, just wear undergarments when it is very hot and no one to look on to. I can save from electric to water bill because I can use things around on a minimal way just to say the least. Generally,it is more of there are good reason for everything regardless of how bad it looks like, something like that. I am female and i am full time mom, though not busy outside for work, I do all chores in the house. ;-)

I really don't m ind doing some chores for me and maybe another person. I sure miss the apt I used to have, I could do so many more things there without having anyone to bother me.
