What is worse?

What is worse to you? The blacksmith who created the rugged blade or the wielder that killed with the rugged blade? In my opinion the blacksmith is worse because he was the one who equipped the wielder the blade, the blacksmith is just killing indirectly by making more blades. What's worse?

How on Earth can one person be responsible for the unforseen actions of another? That's ludicrous. If I got into my car right now and ran someone over, who would be to blame - me, or the guys who work in the car factory? It's obvious - the responsibility for violence lies with those who initiate it, and no-one else. That's basic morality.

I meant what I said literally, it only applies to blacksmiths because they probably realize after a while the blades were going to become a killer weapon, the killing wouldn't have happen if the blacksmith hadn't created the sword for the killer.

How do you make that out? There's no way that a blade maker can know in advance that at some point in the future someone is going to misuse one of the tools he makes - he'd have to be psychic. Responsibility for a crime rests with the criminal, no-one else.

I would say that the person who rather used the murder weapon would be the one who would be inclined. It is just like if someone had killed someone else by smothering them with a pillow, would you blame the person who stitched together the pillow? No, obviously not. They could not have foreseen that particular pillow would have been used in a murder weapon. Everything that has been created is a tool. And in the hands of a person who is kind of twisted right in the head, it is something that can potentially really be used right as a murder weapon. If a tool is created, it can be used for good and it can be used for bad. Even the most mundane and safe things can be used for murder in the right hands.
