as prediction, Real madrid had succeed reaching semifinal champions league this season..
Real madrid once again win against APOEL, now madrid win 5-2 so the aggregate become 8-2..
let see the starting line up

APoel score their fist goal with Manduca in minute 67..casillas can`t stop the kick from Manduca..2-1 for Madrid..
after that APOEL near scoring their second goal, but kick of Costas is widely..
madrid score again with the free kick of ronaldo in minute 75...Pardo (APOEL goalkeeper) can`t stop it..
callejon make the score become 4-1 for madrid..
but the guest can score goal after Hamit Altintop make fault and the referee give pinalty..

and Di maria closed the party for madrid with his goal..
the final whistle and the score become 5-2 for madrid
madrid will meet against Bayern Munchen in Semifinal..
wonderful achivement for APOEL..they show that they did not play defensive...

Good game for APOEL. Hope to see many teams like this show up in Champions League, beside the regular big teams.
And I hope also Madrid can win the Champions Leagues this season. Well actually, any teams is okay, beside Barca off course

Although defeated, APOEL has very good achievement. Defeated by very great is normal, but it gives pride to APOEL. It is not easy to win in Champion League. But they can show that the power distribution already shifted. And finally, we as soccer fans can get the benefit, more interesting match (not only traditional team that play in Champion League).

I think APOEL dream run had to come to an end at some point. So finally it has come to an end against Madrid. I think APOEL made one major mistake by being too defensive in the first leg at home. I thought they should have just gone for a win against Real Madrid in that first leg. Of course, going and winning at the Bernebeu was going to be well over their capacity.

Yes, wonderful display from Apoel. Even they are an unknown team from Cyprus, they have done well in this competition, topping their group, coming all the way to quarter finals, knocked out by Real madrid. A great display from them which is not scare to attack, unlike some big teams who choose to defend deep. It's a joy to watch Apoel play when they play without fear. It's a pity to see their run ending here at this stage, but i appreciate their efforts in playing their best football in this competition.

I admire APOEL for giving their best till the end in that game. Particularly that one player who had 2 teeth flying, yanked the 3rd loose one out himself near the side line, then got back to the game... I bet if that happen to CR he'll need a stretcher as he'd passed out worrying too much about his looks...

we must give the best appreciation what APOEL had done for the football
they seems not to be fear when against madrid in santiago bernebau
they know it was too risky but they respect the beautiful football
it was really different with every team which want to play against barcelona..many team try to be defend and only use 1 forward and 9 defenders..how coward a team like that

heh this season real madrid is to strong for almost every team on the world only barcelona can confront them on the wright way others do not have any chance . Apoel wos great this season but they are still small club and they had big sucess this season anybody can expact thet from them but i think thet is only dance for one summer next season they will not be so good they will be sold out and the great players will go to some bigger clubs .But better be on this form in one year then like some other clubs play champions league ten years in the row and never go to the quoterfinal

APOEL run is nothing short of a fairytale. But for them to overturn Real Madrid, that is too much to ask for. Real Madrid had booked their spot in the semi-finals against Bayern Munich. The German club is the last standing team who is capable of preventing an all Spanish final. Hopefully, the German is able to prevent that from happening.

This is completely normal. APOEL can be happy from that they played at the quarterfinals. They played against one of the best teams in the world and maybe the greates in all time and even they scored two goals. Real Madrid now will focus in La Liga and upcomming clash with Bayern Munchen.
