SO it all worked out okay in the end. I always check where I am going before hand too. I drove down town afew months back and checked where my appointment was going to be for sure because the map was so confusing. I lived here all my life but yet certain parts of the town are foreign to me.

Wow, personally I think this was for the Best. If you would have gotten there then the appointment would have had to been moved anyways, so in reality now you know things did happen for a reason. Have things been good for you since this? Was this done by laser?

Good thing you phoned, but I know about getting lost. I could get lost in a room. Always been that way so I look for landscape, etc. I hope you are better now.

That would have been so annoying to show up and then get left behind after all.

Well I guess it worked out that way for a reason. Now you know where to go and you'll get to it right away, you may have gotten turned around somewhere but atleast you didn't show up only to be turned away.

Oh, I hate it when that happens, both the wrong address and the doctor being late as well. I guess it helped them out for this to happen this way, though.

Hi Lakota! I hope everything has went well. I'm sure you have had your second appointment by now. At least you know where it is for next time. I have had appointments before that I have waited for an hour or so and they come out and say the doctor had an emergency and had to leave. That's no fun either. Take care.

That happen all the time. The same deal with me sometimes. I might stuck in traffic, and couldn't make it on time to my appointment, then I called. They said that they have other patients waiting also, so they couldn't delay my appointment any longer. I have to make another one in another time. I guess they have to do what they have to do.

I hope you will not miss your appointment next time. And next time, please, instead of memorizing the address, try to write it on paper and take it with you. Sorry that the doctor has wasted time waiting for you when he could have treated his other patients. I hope you get your legs treated as well. Good health for you my dear.

Well glad it worked out! Do you have a GPS? I actually have a GPS and I also print out a different set of directions as well from mapquest or g o o g l e maps. This way, I can have a voice telling me where to go, but if it decides to die or simply say I have 'made the destination' and I simply havent, I have a backup plan. Having the doctors phone number is a good thing to if you get lost.
