How did you spend your first salary?

What did you do with your first salary at work? Did you shop your heart out, eat your heart out, saved it or gave it to your parents or someone who needs financial assistance? I've been looking for work now and I'm looking forward about getting my first pay, and get this feeling like I'm so excited to receive the first salary that would really come from my own hard work. How do you spend it?

Well I remember I tried to keep my first salary to buy something I might need in the future, when I worked with my father as construction worker but unfortunately I lost my mobile phone and paid most of my first salary there to buy a new one :P At least on my second work I wasn't that unlucky :)

hello Zas...here in our country,we have this certain belief that our elder instill in us that whenever we get a job...our very first salary should be given to our mother in order for us to have a bountiful & fruitful year at work and for us to be always lucky where ever & whenever we are working so that's what I did.I just took a little for my allowance until the next salary & rest give it to my mama.

I got my first salary two month ago, it is a special and amazing experience for me. I gave it all to my mother.

I have just receieved my first salary. I gave it to my dear mother. When she receieved my salary, she was so excited and happy.
