do you sleep with lights ON or OFF?

I can sleep either ways but I've noticed that I sleep faster with the lights off.

my younger sister sleep with lights on because she's scared of the dark. I can sleep both ways

Me too. That is because I live in a busy area of Bombay India, and the bed room windows are illuminated / darkened alternatively by the headlights of passing vehicles. I therefore draw dark curtains on the windows & embrace my sweet & deep slumber.
