oh..poor cabbage.. .. It happened to us once but instead of put to much we put nothing. He was in the kitchen fixing us breakfast and for some reason (I don't remember what) he should leave the kitchen so he asked me to watch the omelet. I though he already put the salt so I did not put any, by the time we having it it was so plain so he asked me if I did put little salt I said I though he did ... oh dear... we end up put the omelet back in the microwave and put cheese on it when it still hot to give it little taste.

Usually I used to help my mother by doing simple things but I don't help her by putting the amount of salt, pepper and others. The food will be tasty if we add the things in right manner. I consider it as quite risky to add the things. So I seek the help of the mother to add the things becuase she is a master of it

Hello, I have honestly done this before. Well in fact many times, I always try to savage the food if I possibly can. I do it even with cooking seasonings. Once I was making homemade Chicken Alfredo Bake and put way to much garlic salt in it so here I was planning on putting Parmesan cheese on top so what I did was mixed some in it and it dimmed out some of the taste of the garlic salt. The way I see it cooking accidents can be a good thing because we then know what to do and not to do the next time cooking the food.

"Too many cooks spoil the broth" eh? As simple as a boiled cabbage did not require 2 cooks!. Pepper is good for health. May be you could put in one more cabbage to diffuse the situation?
