What Do You Like Most In Your Country?

There are lot of fascinating beaches, forests and other natural and artificial places in my country. Swimming, hiking, caving and the like can be done in those places. Nothing can really compare with all those things that God had bestowed upon my country. The natural blessings are the ones that I like most in my country. Foreign investors likely find great investments in my country because of these things. What about you? Anything nice to be liked in your own country?

All the beauty in our area, is just about 1-6 hours away. Snow capped mountains, the ocean with sandy beaches and pathes to walk on. I'm unable to do a lot of walking and hiking because of bad knees but I do as much as I can. So that I can enjoy our countries beauty. I'm glad you have lots of areas to explore and enjoy. I can imagine living some place without natural beauty. I know a lot of people do. I feel sad for them. Best Wishes!

In my case, I have lived in two or three different countries for various periods of time & I have always enjoyed something or the other in those countries. The first country I stayed in was Kuwait. I was there for roughly 10 yrs. I have seen it change immensely over time. What I liked best about it was the carefree life I led living with my parents. There were beaches as well & we used to go it often. We used to go to a gym/club where I used to play Tennis, Squash, Swimming & TT (Table Tennis). Those were our fun family times. After that, I lived in the Dutch Caribbean (Curacao, pron. CURAZAO) - beaches, sun, sand, carefree & very warm people - beautiful island life. I was there for about 3 yrs (high school). After that, I stayed in the Wild Wild West (The Grand Canyon State - AZ). I had the most beautiful time there with friends - hiking, camping, weekend trips to bars/dance clubs & other states (CA, UT). It was a typical college student's life. Now that I have grown older & have a family to take care of, things are very different here in India. Here I've enjoyed the culture, going back to my roots as well as visiting some beautiful places with my little family. People here are warm & friendly, in a different way - the Indian way... :-)

I really like the weather, that is for sure, it does not get really chilly, we aren't on a desert, and there are no snow storms and no tornados. Next, i love the natural beauty of the country, the different places and the different things we can do... beaches are very good as well and there are a lot of great places to go to here. And of course, the people here are fun loving people, and are very charming and friendly too.

Wow! It is quite good to know that your weather there is fairly good because it is one thing that you want in your country. Natural beauty such as beaches must be the best source of beauty of one's country. Hope it will not be destroyed by development plan of your government. I feel bad when farms and portion of forest are being developed and made into construction site or whatsoever.

every country has its own beauty and blessings that are special to its own people. for me, what is so special in my country are the people themselves. they are great in every sense of the word. people are kind, respectful and hospitable. they learn how to do things efficiently and effectively, that's why there is a demand for their work abroad.

Oh yeah! Good to hear that effective and efficient people are still present in your country. Well, maybe most of the countries have such people..They are actually the blessings in one's country.

What do I love about my country. Well, there are plenty. But if I will name one, I say our beaches. We are known to have a number of spectacular beaches, from white sand, you the best diving spots in the world. I recently learned that the Philippines is located in the center of the center of the marine sactuary or something lie that. Can't remember the term, but its about the Philippines having one of the best underwater scenery in the world.

Oh, there's just a lot to boast about my country. As the Dept of Tourism slogan goes: "It's More Fun in the Philippines." Tourists will surely feel at home and well accommodated with the Filipino's outstanding customer service in hotels, resorts and malls and even in small local stores. This is one thing I don't get to see in other countries. This trait just makes the tourist destinations even more appealing and enjoyable for both foreign guests and locals. We have a lot of activities in store for everyone. For the highly adventurous people, you can do mountain climbing, spelunking, scuba diving, wind surfing and more. For the beach bums, there are a lot of beach resorts and islands you can visit around the country. I have blog posts on wordpress about different places in the Philippines if you wish to know more. I'm in the process of completing more posts, about 20 more. Check out www.ourtraveljournals.wordpress.com.

I like the spiritual attitude of the people of India. Irrespective of what happens they take in their stride and get along with their lives. India has been devastated with terror attacks several times. Everytime normalcy has returned within 24 hours of the incident and people are back to work.they think its all god's ordain

The food!! I like the food in my country, the astounding ranges in the tastes, textures and varieties of food in India is really staggering. Each state in India has its own special cuisine, and even in small towns and villages, the way a single dish is cooked will be different with a special regional flavor to it. Aside from food, the climate is best in India! The coastal strips in my hometown Maharashtra are beautiful with lovely beaches and places of historic interest.

I live overseas, but I am very passionate about Pakistan; my country. Lately, it has been in the media's spotlight due to unfortunate internal affairs, but that's the only negative aspect. Home to K2, the second highest mountain in the world, and many other natural attractions such as rivers; lush orchards; hills and even valleys, there is no shortage of sight-seeing opportunities for tourists. Consisting of four regions, every region in my country has something unique to offer. Markets full of handicrafts and all sorts of product that are exported can be found across the Pakistan. Food is also another plus point, with the world-famous samosas, currys, and kebabs serving as a delight to visitors.
