i love the way my baby acts. i think he's quite intelligent. he's 10 months now and whenever i talk to him like he's a kid already, he acts and responses great. if i say dance, he'll dance and bangs his head like a head banger. lol! If i ask him if he wants milk, he'll make the sound of a baby feeding on his bottle. sounds like "tsup tsup tsup". well maybe i'm just amazed because i'm not with him all the time because of work. so i'm really surprised on his acts. but no matter what, i'm really proud of my son!

Good for your son! I also really felt proud when my son starts to act like yours. Now, he will be 22 months old. He can do many things like sorting of shapes, singing with the nursery rhymes (not clearly speaking tough), knows what are the no-no for him. I know you are excited to see him walk and runs.

Yes! I'm too excited to see him walk and run as well as his dad is excited too. his dad wants to play basketball with him already hehehe. I know we will come to that point and i'm looking forward that he'll be a bright kid when he grew up. it's amazing how kids learn fast like your son. i'm excited to see my son to act like yours.

oh really. how exciting. my child is using sofa and wall as for his guide. it's just tiring for the nanny to look at him all the time to prevent him from bumping. haha. he's learning few steps as of the moment and i'm waiting for him to walk already without guide.

You will not notice that your son could actually walk by itself. Like ours, he just used our sofa a guide for walking not until we see him walking across our living room with few steps, until he learned how to run...What an exciting moment for a parent.

Every mother should be proud of their son and all the mothers must be an ideal like. Each of the kids have different abilities. God sent each of the kid in this earth by giving each of them a special things. Some of the kids are born to draw pictures, Some are here to stay in the sports field. Each of them has different abilities but the problem is that it is difficult to find out what we are talented for. When we identity them it is very important to give them medicines and care for it's proper growth. Make sure that each of the parents like you identify his talent and give the care, love and medicines for it's growth. Hope you will do your best for your kid!

well as for my baby, i think he loves to sing and dance. he recognizes dance able music from not and he used to sing melody of songs. maybe because i'm a dancer and a singer that's why when he was still in me, i used to play music in my tummy. well any talent that he has, i'll be proud of him!

Hi annreilyn_03, true enough, a child is a source of joy for his/her parents. Quality time is more important than quantity, you have to work to help provide for his needs, don't feel guilty about that, just make the most of the time you have with him when you come home from work, when you are home, be really home, not thinking about other things but just focus on him

your right! when i fetch him from his grandma's house, i make sure to have quality time with him. we play all night till he fall asleep. i make sure he's happy. and those were the times that i see hs progress. it's just quite guilty that the nanny knew first what are those new things that my son does. but it's ok. i'm working to support his needa though. happy mylotting!

he is a very talented kid...maybe you can start reading him some story books and a few math basics...it easier to teach toddlers with academics because they tend to memorize everything better than those older kids...

Your son is definitely an intelligent kid and there is nothing as amazing as having an intelligent son. It makes you proud beyond measure and for some reason, you feel like you really want them to grow up overnight. I always get this feeling that the kids in this generation appear to be born with an even better intellectual quotient as compared to the children back in the old days.
