Lately there have been research that people that eat chocolate quit regularly is more slimmer then people that eat chocolate only few times a month. Since I am a chocolate lover I can't be happier about this news. I though doubt it can be right. All that sugar and milk that they put in the chocolate bar it will make it a calorie bomb. But I think they meant the the dark chocolate that is healthy for the heart. Do you eat a lot of chocolate?
