Avoid red meat and oil.

Now a days heart disease is a threat of our life. Food habit is mostly responsible for this fatal disease. When our artery s are narrowed the circulation of blood to the heart hampered. When fat continuously grows in the two sides of the blood vessels the flow of blood to the heart blocked. Heart is the pumping machine which circulates blood to the the hole body through veins. So it is necessary to keep clear our artery. So we should be conscious about food which creates fat in our blood. There are two components of fat. One is Cholesterol and the other is Triglycerides. Cholesterol creates from animal food,such as red meat,chicken or bird's meat,egg, fish and milk. Among these red meat is most dangerous. Triglycerides creates from edible oil. So we must avoid red meat and edible oil. Food should prepared without oil. Fat is necessary for our body. We can get it from vegetables and fruits. If we sincerely try we can change our food habit. If we change our food habit we can also get rid from diabetes,high blood pressure and over weight. We should also control mental stress. These are also responsible for heart disease. With changing of our food habit we should do some physical labour. At least we can walk 40 minutes everyday. Let us learn the art of living.

Unfortunately I am one of those people who inherited high cholesterol, blood pressure and try-lipids from both of my parents! There are no answers to get it in control like my husband's. He has no cholesterol to speak of. I had a dietitian 30 years ago and consulted a dietitian again after getting hit by two strokes. It's amazing how little has changed over the years. Eggs and milk fat do not contribute to heart disease however. Red meat shouldn't be avoided completely any more (what's the first thing we'll crave?) When we do eat red meat try to avoid the fat and keep it down to a four ounce portion. It's almost the same rules as before. My parents lived to 83 which is average for anyone. We always had active hobbies when I was growing up and I still do today. We need to set an example to our children.

My friend, you have inheritance problems. So you should be more careful about your life style. For your information I have to say eggs have enough cholesterol. Milk is necessary for our health. But we should drink fat free milk or low fat milk.

And by the way I got that information from the mayo clinic's most recent study. It was a study of 23 studies over 21 years. All from reputable sources with facts responsibly written and tracked. I'm lucky this world renowned teaching hospital is only 100 miles from me. I can actually go there in Rochester Minnesota.

Yes we have to avoid consuming red meat like pork and beef.We can still eat it with precautions because too much of everything is very dangerous as we also totally not eating it is also have a side effect in our health.A person who deprives eating total read meat also deprives you of some nutrients like protein which is very important in our body.The most healthy foods are rich in white meat like chicken and fish.You are also in need of vegetables and fruits for a glowing skin and healthy lifestyle. Diabetes is never taken from eating red meat but is was due to eating some carbohydrates during the the night time snack.Junk foods is the major cause of diabetes.Drink plenty of water because our body needs it very badly.

Eat a mongo soup or any mongo viand because it is rich in protein.You can have many preparations with your fish.You can order a fish fillet in the market to make so many kinds of dishes that is very healthy just like the chicken or turkey meat.If you wanted some red meat you can try some delicious preparations for the goat meat which is known to have a no cholesterol meat.You can have parsely preparation about 1 kilo and it could cleanse your kidney stones as well as your gall bladder.You can also eat goyabano fruit which is very famous to cure all sorts of cancer as well as the lemon grass concoction could kill the tumor that are malignant and cancerous.

Without red meat you can get protein from natural foods. Vegetables and fruits are very safe for our health. We can get enough protein from natural foods. So for the sake of healthy living we should avoid red meat and oil.

I dont eat meat so to that extent I am safe. :) Oil..tough to avoid. But I have brought down the consumption. :)

I agree 100 percent with this. I had terrible health problems, and I was about to have a heart attack at age 32. I did some reading, and I started eating fruit and veggies like I did when I was younger. I had arthritis and all kinds of problems. Now my pain is better and everything in my body has improved. It is an everyday battle because we all grew up with the commercials of junk and sugar. It is worth the while though when you realize how much better you will feel.

We consume oil everyday with our food. Oil is used to prepare food. It creates fat on the both wall of our artery which hamper blood circulation to the heart. So my friend be aware of oil consumption.
