Scary News Today!!!

In the wee hours of the morning or last night, a man was shot & killed in our apartment complex.
Last year, two people shot each other (in the same apartment complex) & they were asked to leave the premises permanently. That one seemed to have happened because of a bad drug deal.
The strange thing is that we live in the "safe" section of town. Stuff like this shouldn't be happening here. Frankly, it scares the heck out of me.
Have you had this sort of thing happen near you? What did you do in response? Did you move to another neighborhood?

there is no safe places any more these have become far too common throughout the world so sad

That is really quite scary.Never had any experience like that in our neighborhood, thanked God.Our neighborhood is quite peaceful and nice.I think you better look other apartment which is more peaceful and safe.

The neighborhood I live in now is the same neighborhood and same house my grandparents have lived in for years. There have been so many different stories of things that have happened here. Even today while walking I've though, should I walk over this way this is sort of where that shooting happened.
This is a safe neighborhood too. It just goes to show you that even the safest parts of towns or neighborhoods have the one or two "bad" influences. I'd move if I Could (I'm trying to myself).

The place where i stay and the neighbourhood is one of the best and safest in my city.It is also one of the cleanest and mostly middle class people live here. There have been a few murders and robberies but they are rare.I will never leave this place as long as i live because all other places are unsafe and occupied by the mafia and the underworld where robberies and killings are rampant.

Hi tabatha, fprtunately I have never lived in an area like that
where that kind of stuff happenes...However one should say " I
never will" because incidents like this seems to just creep
into our neihborhoods..
Its getting relly terrible out there that one can not even feel
safe in there abode anymore...People have no respect of others
any more...
Its really sad.....stay safe!!!!!!
