When gangs fight it is always the innocent that suffer and get hurt so the Government need to be sent in to stop them.

I watch and read news daily,but have never come across this news.If the motor gang has become such threatening,why don't the police looking the other way? And what's the government doing.Such things have been happening right in the Capital,and the government is a mute spectator! That's really a serious matter.It is now the citizens who should pressurize the government to take a suitable action against the killer gang.

All brutalities are against the law. It is the responsibility of the police to maintain peace in the society. This means that the police lack control on young people's brutal activities.

You are right bro. Are there any gangs like this in Makasar? I think it's the same everywhere, right? In Lampung we have some but not as brutal as the ones in Jakarta.

Hello adhyz82, Yes I heard it on the news about the motor gank attack in Jakarta. Sadly it is not the first nor the only one case where motor gank make a crime. I ever heard about motor gank in Bandung and other cities, I dont understand what they want by make such crime, what is it they want? To prove that they are something and powerful? I hope the police is going to do something to stop their action because it can harm the society, specially when they already victims of their crime. But I think it is kinda hard to stop and arrest them, because it is a public secret that they have backup and police afraid of them. How is in Sulawesi? is this kind of motor gank also exist there?

yes..many people include police expect that the motor gank in jakarta is originaly come from Bandung and they had moved..
you ever know how the selection to be member of motor gank??
they are taught to steal, to kick each other and to be survive..its like army training you know

yes i ever heard about it, and also once you entered the gank you will never be able to quit it because if you dare to quit they will chase you, torment you and your family. It is better for the youth to stay away from this gang. I read in detik.com about underage joined this gang and also took part in killing a person (the guy from Pemuda pancasila).

This phenomenon is the mirror of the police inability to provide peace upon the citizen. Because they need those kind of people to manage the issues that developed in society.
All of this thing always appear in media when there is politics turmoil. Because terrorist issues has been fail recently to divert attention of the people.

I think the police is already dull. They can not do anything.
So do us, it will be vanished when no one pay attention to it.
For us, just try to be safe by not hanging out at night alone and unnecessarily. For those that work in shift, try to go home in group, do not go alone.
For the society, if we are really sick of those mad group, we can simply get rid of them. We can just throw nail over their pathways or just buy mosquito repellent and spray over them.
It just a matter of self defense.
