Hi, mylotters. The other day we were told to go to some place to study the general rules about the state exam and after it we could have a little relax, climbing mountains and doing some pleasant things.we were happy to hear it, so we studied the rules in high spirits, but after finishing the study we were told we couldn't do the realxing things for some safe reasons, which we thought just as an excuse. we were very disappointed and some of us even thought we were taken in. As a leader, i think, he should keep his promise or he will not be believed by his men and his leadership will not be thought highly of.Mylotters, what do you think of it?

i would lose my respect and trust to him because as a leader, he has all the responsibility, and that includes being true to his promise. i guess he is not a real leader because he doesnt know how to keep his words.

we have lost our respect and trust to these kind of leaders. Now what we do is only silence, because it is they who are leaders. We can't censure them but we haven't worked as hard.

i agree. i had a job where i had to lead people at one time. this is a total breaking of the morale. you are supposed to trust the people who are over you. not only that they know what they are doing, but that they will be fair and keep there word.

One should trust those who are over him,but sometimes, the so-called leaders don't keep their promise. They of couse have their own excuse to explain what they did. If things won't go on as planned for some reasonable reasons, people will understand it.

It isn't right when someone says that and then doesn't follow through. If there are safety reasons why they won't let you do it now, they should of checked into that before they promised it to you. It doesn't sound like they thought it through very well. It's nice to have incentives to get something done, but when you don't get the incentive you feel let down and don't want to try very hard the next time.

It's common that if one's friend break his word to his friend , his friend will ask the reason for that and blame him .i think the reason why they can take advantage of his men is that they are the so-called leaders, they can fire his men freely as there are not enough jobs for people at present .
