Every weekend I go home to my hometown and stay at my parents' house. I don't like staying in the living room there because i think the couch is full of dust. But my friend, with her boyfriend and another companion, came over and i had to stay in the living room with them. Then the attack came. Sneezing, watery eyes, running nose! Oh i hate allergies. I thought it was going to pass away but it continued anyway. I took antihistamine pills but it wasn't working at all. Last night i drank ginger ale to alleviate my discomfort and yeah i was able to sleep well. But i woke up sneezing again. This isn't good at all. Aaaaachoooooo. Excuse me!

I think you have allegic rhinitis. According to some natural doctors, your lungs needs to be strengthen. Naturally you can do this by exposing your back at morning sunlight 30 minutes atleast (between 6-8am). But take note that you must not take a bath after doing this cause water might form in your lungs. Hope this gonna work.

Nice for you. If you have time, try that to reduce your allergic rhinitis.

I think there are dust mites in the couches. That's why you kept sneezing.

Hi, toni. HOw are you getting along with your longboard? You should have better immunity system in the body to ward off alergy. Like me, I am never ill cause perhaps I love physical exercise or probably I always drink coffee which is high in antioxidant.

I ride my board almost everyday. Allergy does not have something to do with the immune system. I don't get sick easily, especially flu. I don't get that. I couldn't drink coffee it's bad for me. It causes heart palpitation which is dangerous for me.

I don't stay there often. I always go straight to my room since i have my own tv there. I feel more comfortable watching tv from my bed and not from the couch. I think it's just not the couch.

Bless you! You're a sensitive lady. I think you should be always in the fresh air. There are many people who suffer under allergies. Have you ask your physician what should you do in those cases?

Allergies can be a pain and knowing its triggers is important. You should talk to your doctor and ask about some allergy medications that will work for you. You may want to suggest to your parent's that their couch makes your allergies worst. They can have it cleaned or throw it out. Allergies can cause runny eyes, nose and swelling, all of these symptoms are uncomfortable and could pose dangers. Find something that will help with your allergies.

There are three house helps there. I'm very sensitive to even a tiny speck of dust. The house is next to the national road. Dust could get in every second.

You can request someone to clean the couch everytime you plan to go home. This might help in eliminating the triggers.

We have a house help and she does the cleaning all the time, but the house is located right next to the road so it gets dusty every minute.
