Do you love what you do?

AS the tittle suggests! Do you actually love your job? or do you think it sucks? What would you try and do if you could do anything else? and why? For me i haven't started my work life yet, but i think the job i got, im going to love it! What about you?

I'm retired now, but up until the last five or so years of employment, I enjoyed my work.

Hi there Rock, I actually do love my job. I used to work in insurance for years and I loved that and then did many odd jobs when my kids were small. Finding myself in dire need of a job I took this one working in a store in a small little town. I HATED it at first so much and swore that once I got on my feet, I'd be looking for a new job. Well, somewhere along the way, I started unexpectedly loving it. I've been there for 19 yrs. The people are wonderful and it's a pretty stress free. My boss is very laid back. If you have to work, I really think it should be something you enjoy doing.

Hello sid, Your work life seems hard, i know how exactly hard Insurance work can be but its good you got in to a more stable job even though you hated it at first haha. Thanks for sharing and i indeed agree, you should always enjoy what you are doing.

Actually, the insurance job was very stable too and I loved it. I also loved the odd jobs. This job that I have now...I ended up loving but at first I did not like it at all.

I absolutely love my job. The only thing about it that I dislike is that I can't control the hours I work and the amount of work I get each week. (I am an independent contractor). That being said I wouldn't trade my job for anything in the world!
