How to verify your alertpay account?

Hello,
To vierfy our account in alertpay we need at least two steps.
1- Bank wire , 2- visa card/ cridit card , 3-Mobile phone
* I completed the third one by (phone). But it is still not verified because I ned another step.
I tried to verify my alertpay account bt visa card but it doesn't work. I sent them a message to tell them about this and I recieved a message from the support team telling me that they have a problem with this visa cards issue and they'll fix it but they aren't sure when exactly.
They suggested me to verify my account by the first step which is (Bank wire).
Even they sent me the steps, I need someone did it and explain it to me.
I tried it but maybe there is something I messed.

Hi, Smilemoon, you should know that the problem with the Visa cards is quite old now and seems like a never ending story. I verified my Alertpay account with a Visa card but now I can't withdraw my money. It's easier with Paypal, they have all the options.

Hello :) If I remember correctly (I did it a long time ago) you need the different numbers (you account, the bank, branch and swift codes and the phone) which you can get by going to your bank and asking for them. After that is just about waiting for it to be processed and after 2 or 3 days it should work if you put the numbers correctly.
If you are having too much hassle try paypal (if you can use it) they only ask for the routing and account number, which are easier to get since they both are the bottom of the checks (if you have some) or on your banks internet page (if it has one). You still have to wait some days for it to be processed and they will send you some cents which you have to confirm in order to activate it, but its less numbers to input, so there's less opportunity to mess up.

Hello Flame, I would like to use paypal. But you know some sites don't accept it but accept Alterpay. Hopefully things will come better soon. Have a nice day.
