What do you have for breakfast? lol I was craving for fish. Been months or even years that I don't get to eat FISH that's so fresh... I went for a walk this morning for an exercise. Was so refreshing to have a walk here in our island. Then as I came back home, someone approached me and asked if I would want to buy what she's selling. Wow! It's FISH! Fresh from the harvest. Or shall I say, fish from the sea.haha I asked, how much she said, hmmm, just $3.00 wow!!! I immediately agreed, and went in to get money and pay. One of the things I love being in this island. You get to eat fresh foods.

That is wonderful! I have been eating a lot more fish lately, almost every night. I don't eat other types of meats, just fish. Actually I am getting ready to fix my piece of fish for supper. However, there is no way to have real fresh fish here! But I always buy fresh caught fish and never farmed fish. I am envious that you had fresh fish!

Yeah, it's always great to wake up early in the morning! haha I mean, chances are, if I didn't wake up early in the morning and take a walk, I'd probably wont be able to catch that woman selling fresh fish! haha Someone told me not to buy and eat farmed fish. Concentrated toxins. hmmmm, but if I don't have a choice, I do buy and eat some, but just on few occasions, not so often. (defensive lol).

Yeah, that's what I heard too about farmed fish. I purposefully purchase fish that is wild caught. I saw a fish farm one time and thought "they have all those fish in one little container?" I thought it was really nasty to think about so I stopped buying farmed fish!

Is that cheap for a fish? . I am so clueless when it comes to these things. I don't fish (or meat of any kind) though so I guess I wouldn't know. If it is a bargain, congrats on finding it! Did it taste good? I think it's cool that people walk around and sell stuff. We don't really have that here in the US except in very touristy areas (like Las Vegas, NV).

Hmmm, I just got home, few days ago. So I don't really know the prices in here. But back in the city, the prices are so high, so when I asked the woman, how much was it, I sort of *grinned* inside of me. thinking it's like a bargain for me. haha I love fish! And I'm about to taste it. Sister's the one preparing it.

It's a good thing to having fish as our breakfast. As we know that a fish has high nutrition and good for our health. I believe that we can easily find fresh fishes on the market if we wake up earlier and go to the fresh market. Usually fresh fishes sell on the early morning to keep its freshness. In my place, we usually have instant breakfast since we don't have enough time to preparing some 'big' breakfast menu. But however, having enough breakfast before we do our routines is a must-do thing. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Breakfast they say is the most important meal of the day. There's not much fresh fish in the market in our town. In rare cases would there be freshly caught fish in the market. Because most of the time, the fisherman would make their wives go around the town and sell it. Not much displaying in the market. Good thing I woke up early.
