Are other Disney parks the same?

My son and I went to the Disney park in Hong Kong last year. It didn't allow to bring any kinds of drinks and food inside. They will check your bag before you enter inside. I wonder whether other Disney parks are the same all over the world. I really don't like this rule since the price is quite expensive in the park.

That does sound like the rule . It has been a long time since I have gone to a amusement park. But when I went , no food or drink was allowed. They want you to buy their food and drinks. But what they don't know is the smart family , eats Before they go in and then if they need a drink , they get a soda, Not the expensive food.

But sometimes you still need to drink. The soda water price in the theme park can be three times than usual

That is ridiculous! When I went , we walked around and then went out of the park to eat. But that was long ., long ago.

The last time I went to Disneyworld (in Florida) it was 12 year ago. I "seemed" that noone was very happy if each tourist took their food. We did. We made sandwichs and wrapped them one by one an placed it in out grandsons` backpacks. They were in charge. We went and bought drinks and helped us to a couple of tomato slices. Food is expensive inside and children are hungry!

No they are not all the same. In the us you can bring in drinks and food which can save you a lot of money. You can also leave the park to go eat and come back in later on your original ticket.

I have never visited the Disney park so far.I think they force people into buying their items ,which is the same as what the restaurateurs do,who lay down the rule that guests aren't allowed to take any drinks along when they go to there..

This is an unfair rule.

Yah I know. The foods at Disney Land in Hong Kong are quite expensive. We brought some sodas with us when we went there, and we were told that we are not allowed to bring it inside because there are restaurants inside the park.
