How many hours you spend in sleeping?

I spend 4 to 5 hours of sleep during week days because I have an early class at school every week days. While I spend 8 or more hours during week ends....

You sleep is very short a day! I spend about 7 - 8 hours a day to sleep. I think you should spend more time to sleep, that good for your health and your beauty

weekdays its quite hard for me grab about 6 hours together. weekends though, its an entirely different matter! :) it would take the end of the world to get me out of slumber! :D

hello friend... working days i have to get up early besides weekends i get to sleep tight..... usually 5 to 6 and other days 8 to 10 hrs.....

if I don't get at LEAST 6 I'm in sorry shape the next day... however, if I get more than 8 or 9 I've got a migraine when I wake up...

I spend at least 8 hours of sleep although i can function well with less than 5 hours of sleep too. Sleeping is quite relative really cause it depends on how deep your sleep is. Is it continuous, interrupted or just simply a shut eye? At any rate, how many hours i sleep really depends on what kind of day i expect the next day to be...

I used to sleep 8 hours a day.I don't nap at daytime.I used already to sleep that time.I hope i can able to change my habit in sleeping.

Well, personally I think that 4 to 5 hours of sleeping is too little. The minimum sleeping period is 7 hours. This rule is one of my most important rules ever, because of the fact that I can't do nothing if I don't get my 8 hours sleep. A lot of people laugh to me when I told them how early I got to bed just to have 8 hours of sleeping, but I don't care. I go to the gym too so I could hardly recovery from the workout with less then 8 hours of sleep. Most of the people are telling me that I'm sleeping my life over, but I don't care, because I feel really good that way. Wish you the best!

I will try to sleep 8 hours per night, because I know that this is the amount of sleep that my body works the best with. Some people feel as though they can cope with a little more or a little less, and that is great, but for me I know that I need those 8 hours. If I have to be up early, then I can cope with 6 hours sleep as long as I can start having proper nights sleep the night after. I could never cope with having more than one night in a row with very little sleep, and I am happy with what I am managing to do.

Most of the time I sleep about 4 to 5 hours even on weekend. Sometime I want to sleep more but I can't because I get used to wake up early and when I am up then I am up will not be able to back to sleep. On weekend I will have little nap (an hour) during the day, unless I have plan to go somewhere.

For me, it depends on the situation. When I don't feel like doing my work, I usually spend 10 hours sleeping. But if I have to cram and finish something, I sleep for only 4-5 hours.
