Life is a journey alright and when you look back the road certainly looks beautiful in all respects. Given that I've made quite some travel on the road of life, change is something that still draws frustration from me. I am looking to make yet another change in terms of relocation this week and inspite of having gone through many goodbyes all along, this one still threatens to break my heart. i know I have to move and retain happy memories but I still am looking for more strength. How do you cope up with change?

change is the only constant thing in life. and we should be ready for this all the time. you had your experiences, yet at times one needs some assurances to sail smoothly. i hereby wish you all the best for all the changes about to happen in your life.

Moving can be quite stressful or very exciting depending on how you feel about it. I suggest hanging on to past happy memories and having some dreams for your new area. You should try to look forward to making new friends. A change can be excellent for improving your life and that is the way I hope my may view what is happening to you. Good luck. In 2005 I moved from Kent to Somerset. I went from an old cottage to a modern house. Then in 2010 I moved from my modern house to a bungalow in the same area.

I think that some change can be good, but this doesn't mean that a lot of us might get stressed about it at the same time. I am finishing a university degree at the moment and this means that this is the biggest change in my life since I was born. I have been worrying about it for a long time because I just don't know what I want to do with the rest of my life. But then I decided that I should calm down because I have money saved up that will last me at least a year, so I have all of that time to decide what I would like to do, and I know that life will be good.

Change is imminent, it is a constant process that one goes through life. The mere fact that you have had happy memories, then moving on would surely be a heavy burden to carry, but nevertheless you can draw strength from this and pursuing to make more happy memories with the change.

hi acutally change is something i dont accept easily, but i have recently learned that sometimes change is good for us sometimes we get to settled and come to the point that if change did happn we would be devasted,so maybe we all should embrace change and look forward to the possibilities that exist. look at change as an adventure
