how to include my PTC banner in my profile ?

I noticed that some mylotters have PTC banner on their profile site. I'm a newbie here,may I ask how can I include my PTC banner on my profile here in mylot.

I was able to do it before and just deleted my banners because I was no longer active in those sites. Thanks for sharing this, i really need to know how to add it again for I totally forgot about this.
