Just logged in... I woke up late and you wouldn't believe the reason

I rendered half day in my work and the funny part last might is yes; it was my birthday. As an avid fanatic of internet; I checked posts and messages to find out I have 100+ birthday greetings to thanks of in return. Don't laugh yet cause I did; witout copy-pasting the whole "Thank you" note for them. For me; I have to personalize thanking them and checking that I still remember each and every one of them; starting from classmates, families, relatives, coworkers in my past and present work and friends in the cosplay community.
Would you feel the same with me, right? The feeling of the other net user checking if you're sincere online is crucial. Even for instance they DID copy paste the same message thet they've send to the other co-birthdays of their friend's circle. Would you put effort in personalizing the message of thanking them or would you copy-paste it or "send to all"?

Happy belated birthday and enjoy your day! Depending on my availability but it would be better for me to give a personalized message rather than a group messaging or copying and pasting it from somewhere else.

Thanks a lot! It's noce to have it personalized, right? What I did was checking them one by one and I tried remembering them what they have done nice about me in the past or how are they related to me before. This goes with my friends in the cosplay community of they have a certain anime character they represent; I'm placing jokes on them along with the greeting ^_^-)

Hehehe.. just like here; copy/pasting is discourage. That entitles everyone to posts freely according to their thoughts about a topic or comment. Same as what I am applying to my PM or greetings yesterday

Honestly no. I'll call them one by one if I can. I think it would more hassle-free. Some of my friends in facebook are acquaintances. We're not really close friends and still they greet me happy birthday. Maybe some of them just copy-pasted the greeting I don't know. If I can call them then that would be more quicker.

I kind of agree about that ^_^-) Instead of being "chat support" for your acquantances; it's going to be like "outbound calls" for saying your gratitude. Thanks for sharing your thoughts about that.

I understand your point; like you may need to copy-paste the "Thanks" greetings; right? or easier if they have sent-to-all command in e-mail or comment to all in Facebook. Of course it will be nice to matches the type of greeting to the personality of the one who's greeting you.
