Well he is very competitive but not in a selfish and jealous way. My son started his swimming lessons about a month go. It only took him four sessions to learn free style stroke, breast stroke, back stroke and butterfly stroke. Now he's trying to perfect all those strokes by being aware of his own mistakes. He tries to correct them, asks how he could correct them and practices his strokes. The instructor told us he's a natural swimmer and a competitive one!

I have high hopes that he'll continue to love swimming and be competitive in it. One thing i admire about my son is that at an early age he knows what he wants and he tries to set goals for himself. Thanks.

It seems to me your day is filled with lots of activities, toni. You go to the swimming pool to accompany your son, then you have to arrange your longboard activity on the same day. Your son is also busy with his school assignment, right. What about cooking? When do you cook? It's great to know what your daily activies are like?

I don't cook actually. We have a cook and a househelp. So i don't usually do the household chores. The only room that i clean is the master's bedroom as i don't want anybody to touch my room especially in cleaning.

Congratulations that your kid has the talent and the spirit to be competitive in everything he do. It's so rare to have a kid who excels in both sports and education. With his current attitude, you should guide him well and the most difficult part is to let him sustain of what he is now as long as it gets. Goodluck.

It's great that your son have learned easily to swimm. It would be very good if he keeps practicing this sport for a long time. Practicing a healthy sport like this, will help him by growing up in all sense.

I'm a competitive person myself (not the one who wants to bring everyone down no matter what with what tools kind of person), and I'm enjoying it, and I hope when I have kids, they're going to be this way, too. I'm hoping for all the best for your son (maybe in some years, he's going to be the star of the olympics team in your country :))
