What are the ads or commercials you're sick of seeing?
Also, isn't it stupid that they advertise the show you're watching right in the middle of it? I'm already watching it, what more do you want?

we have an advert on TV at the moment for one of these exercise machines that you just stand on and it vibrates you into shape. Fair enough, if that's your thing. But the advert is ridiculously long and includes a close up shot of some woman's butt cheeks being vibrated at high speed. I don't have TV at home so I only tend to see it when I'm in the bar. Not what I want to catch my eye just as I'm raising a drink to my lips thanks. I'm liable to choke.

They've repeatedly said that they've proven vibrating lbs away doesn't work. Sounds like the bar needsa better station.

The adverts of today - most of them are quite enough to make me feel sick. To me they always lack logic, rationale and are only about beating their own trumpet. Worst, millions of people fall into their traps.
For one - we are going to have a new mall set up and it is scheduled to open on 15th August. And their advert claims - "All others sell adulterated stuff! We sell 100% unadulterated!" - To me and my parents it means that these people are the ones who are going to sell only adulterated things. And if I tell you about the details of the advert - it shows sellers mixing dung, pebbles and what not into the graineries, spice poweders etc. I wonder what and how these adverts get through and people accept to see them!
For the adverts in between the tele or even the radio programmes... they dont go too well either. There was a big time phase when VCDs were in vogue and any movie you get contained at least more adverts than the showtime on the VCD

Mixing dung in with spices, eeewww! Suppose you're eating or something when that comes on?
My husband can't believe how stupid some of the commercials are either.
