Does success always mean money. Nowadays so many people look at being successful as having alot of money. I don't really see it like that, and maybe it's because we don't have alot of money. But I have alaways wanted a small farm, that I killed my own meat, grew my own food, and sold some of my animals for a small profit. And I am slowly starting to live my dream, and there is almost no money involved in it after you think about the animal food I have to buy along with water cost and time I spend working them. So does success always mean money or does it mean your dream achieved?

I think it depends on how people see it. For me, success is being contented with what you have and being happy with where you are right now. It does not necessarily mean that you have lots of money. Even if you do, but yet, you are not happy, you still feel that something's missing, then I cannot call that success.

I agree completely. Being content living in a tent is far more of a success to me than being miserable living in a mansion.

I couldn't agree more. Glad that we are on the same page. Most of the times, we go for something that would give us more money. However, our heart tells us that we want the other one. We should always go for what we want, then contentment, happiness and success will follow.

yes , it harsh but true . In today world success mean money , or we can say money is the only measurement of success in today world . Yes , the life you are talking about can not be measure in money because you can not measure pleasure and satisfaction and peace . Your life can be wonderful but for many can not be taken as successful , but that not matter if you are satisfied by your achievement . best of luck

I don't think that success always means having a lot of money. Sure money helps makes things easier when everything is paid. But success is accomplishing your goals, if your goal is to grow your own food and you have a wonderful backyard garden then you are successful. If my goal is to be a wonderful wife and mother and my husband and children are happy then I am successful.

Of course not. Success is being happy and contented with what you have. If you're very happy about you way of living as of now, then you're already successful. Being successful doesn't have to mean being rich or being famous or being in an enviable status. It's something that we are contented and grateful and happy about.

No, being successful does not always mean money. Anything you have achieved is a success whether money is involved or not. It's also good to fail because it gives you an opportunity not to make the same mistakes again. However, money is definitely a by-product of success.

Success does not always mean money. Yes money makes us things easier. Anything you have achieved is a success whether money is involved or not. You can get this money by exerting effort and doing a great job. Being successful is not to be going rich or famous just be contented of what God gives you.

Success does not mean having a lot of money at all, but it is somewhat related. Nowadays, we try to define success in having goals which is reached and most of these goals are luxuries. Goals of travelling around the world, having a big company, having a big house, all of these are luxuries and we can't get it without money. However, we can take off the word money if your goal is make the environment clean again, having a good family, these type of success cannot be easily reached by having just money, a lot of effort is really needed.
