Yeah that's what I do a lot. I get fat free foods like "Re fried Beans, Salad Dressings ,fat Free Puddings" and on and on, that gives me a little leeway on adding a little bit of goodness to my food like some bacon in my beans, eggs and ham in my salad and some whipped cream on my pudding . Do you allow yourself some fat in your diet?

Often fat free has sugars added that make them tasty. Of the things you listed the only one I do is fat free refries, because I like them with cheese and sour cream. They recommend that you have certain kinds of fats as they help you absorb the nutrients. I will make pudding at home with 1% milk, which is what I buy. You need that one percent to absorb the calcium. I guess the fat free salad dressing is the only one I do not do, although I will sometimes use salsa on the salad instead of dressing.

I've been using 1% milk for about 3 years now, I used to drink whole milk till I went on my diet, I tried fat free but I couldn't even taste any milk so I stay with 1%. There are some fat free dressings that I tried and hated so I never buy them again. Lots of times I also use light dressings to save a few calories.

I usually just buy the fatty stuff and then don't add anything I have went through times when I would try to reduce my fat intake though. I would usually end up adding some goodie to that too though.

Of course i would. I mean i would add fatty substances like this Ghee, butter and creamy cheese and all that before i became like those.Well,i started gaining pounds and i was looking quite a bit abnormal. Then i avoided curd and ghee, all those Fatty substances onto my diet. Now that i am back to normal, my tongue says, Oh come one, how long can i be without those? Give me some..So i take in.. With limits (rasp)

Fat provides calories and is an essential nutrient for your cells and tissues. Yet there are two types of fats, unhealthy fats and healthy fats. Yes I allows fat in my diet. The right combination of foods help you increase your caloric intake and build muscle, without putting on the excess as fat.
