can't get out this afternoon because it is just too hot

i want to get out this afternoon which 2:30 pm here. but the weather is just extremely that is not even advisable to go out. i plan to go out at 5 pm and go the grocery and buy some stuff. i don't have sunscreen lotion as i don't have the money to buy it so i just go out in the afternoon or early in the day before 10 am. now it is 35 degrees celsius.

All my classmates are calling me to attend the swimming party of our professor. They are all enjoying the pool while drinking. They even blackmailed me just to join them, but I can’t get out that afternoon because it is just too hot for my skin to be exposed from the sun.

I was out earlier at 2:30pm. I was in Greenbelt
so it's a little cool. I didn't feel like it's too hot
today even though the news said that today was the hottest
day of the year. I didn't feel the heat so much because I
was in a very different place. But I know if I were just at home,
I'd be complaining too. That's why I don't like staying at home
in summers. For me, it's much hotter inside the house than outside.
