Dancesport need to use lots of energy. Therefore, this sport helps us lose weight effectively. At the same time, the sport helps us keep the shape of your body, do not gain weight if we exercise regularly. Dance sport also helps us to relax because the exercise, we will immerse yourself in music. In my opinion, this is the most appropriate sport for females. So that they can have beautiful body and healthy life.

I used to go to dance classes for years and really liked it. It wasn't exactly dance sport, rather social dance though. Actually dancing is the only kind of exercise that I enjoy, besides yoga and walking. I never felt so fit like in those years, I ate very healthy too, but I ate a lot. I miss those times.

Dance sports represent a connection between our soul and rhythm of our movments. It"s a kind of a beutiful joining of two to make one.Of course, it takes a ot of effort to achive this goal. On the other hand, it"s very healthy for our body. There is at least one dance move that makes all of us want to learn how to dance.

Hi tkonlinevn, I absolutely agreed with you. Dance sports is the best way to lose weight. I used to compete dance sport/ball room dancing before, back then I always feel that my body is so light and can do all the lifting exhibitons and stuff. I used to dance a lot and my body/weight was maintained from 100-110lbs. I am quite heavy to do dance sport with that weight but now that I already stop all I can do is stare all those tiny piece of costumes I had, watched my videos and pictures I gained a lot of weight after I stop dance sport and got focus into married life

Dancing is really a good form of exercise. I used to be in a dance sport group before and it did keep me fit and healthy. I mean, even though I tend to eat more because I get really hungry and tired but the constant practice before just burns the calories taken. :)

Dancing, yes, but perhaps not necessarily ballroom dancing. Not many women can adopt the skillful steps of ballroom. I, myself, can only do light swing and samba. But, I like it when some ballroom steps are injected in aerobics sessions.
