For all payment processors, its not about the ip address. But more about the identity of the users, it has to be unique.

thank u very much for the response but they actually say that we can't refer people from our referral link through the same IP/system.If we do we'll get banned. so thats why I'm confused and the admin is not responding too. so in that issue without referring through our referral link can we create multiple accounts?

You are right. :D But better be careful with that IP address if we are using Paypal. We better don't access Paypal from much different IP address that we usually used. They may consider it as "unusual activity" and put our account into trouble.

@DHA go straight to http://www.alertpay.com without any ref link and register a new account. You will be save as long as you use different identity. @varier Paypal only place an account on their watch status if and only if there is too much suspicious activity.Like mass transfer or too much transfer to other account without explanation.

As far as I know, you should be able to create multiple account from same IP address/same computer, as long as: - You are not referring each other - You are not sending or receiving money between each other About the sending money to each other, Alertpay support guy on DigitalPoint (Chrisz) had confirmed it on here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2261979 CMIIW.
