Studies have yet again proved that when you are in stress , ur body needs an emotional shift ... Kids help you to achieve that with their innocence , love and affection ... what do you say ?

Assuming that the stressed person is someone who actually likes chidlren, I think it depends ENTIRELY on the child in question. When my son is in a good mood, smiling and laughing and playing, he does help reduce my stress levels. When he is cranky, crying and screaming then I feel MORE stressed, not less stressed. At work I like to see and talk too the well behaved and nice children adn they do make me feel better. But the uncontrolled brats running around screaming and knocking things over stress me out more.
