What is your preferred location for higher education to do MS in computers?

Please let me know the location as one of my friend needs help to make a decision for higher studies .. in terms of costs and quality and opportunities in the market outside

First, you probably need to provide us the info as to where your friend intend to go for studies like which country.

Thanks for asking.. She still has an year to go , so as pro active plan her preferred location would be US,Australia or Germany(not much research made but heard from ppl who has been there)..She is final year BE in Computer science
