There are lots of things we can do to make our life better. What have you done to make your life better? Sometimes we need to work hard if we need to make more money. Sometimes we need to express ourselves more to know the people we love that we do care for them.

Hi ajithlal: I think that at this point of my life one of the most important things I've done on this subject is to concentrate myself on the things I want to have for me, to cultivate my discipline and to study and work for the things that are important for me. I'm searching for my own way to happiness. ALVARO

I think most times in our life, we are able to find ways of happiness ourselves if we give time for us and think what we can do to make ourselves happy.

Every now and then (years) I ask myself what I have done with my life so far. The best thing I did was leaving home as I was 15, my divorce (both were very abusive) and deleting all those so called friends who abused me for years and nearly drove me and my kids bankrupt. I decided to live alone, be free, to love and pamper myself and not let my luck or happiness depend on others. Happiness is a choice I can tell you. I have a great life no, despite of my bad health and the fact I am poor. I have great kids, we are close, creative, happy with ourselves and eachother. No waste of energy anymore in people who don't deserve it.

You are right to leave toxic relationships, they exhaust you and strain your resources. I like that you can say you have great relationship with your kids.

Well for me the best thing ive ever done in my life is when I finished my studies and became a professional nurse. It made me proud and thats the best gift I have done for my parents.

In our place, nurses are known as Angels by most people. I think you have done a good job by taking nursing and making nursing as a career.

I am making my life better by continuing to learn new and different things regardless of age. I am also destressing my life. Persuing the things that make me happy should give more balance to life. Living is now what I live for most, and I'm loving it.

I also think it is a good idea to learn new things and to try different things in life. I think we should try to do things that we love to do in life.

In 2006 I took an early retirement. I had been on medical leave due to severe depression, social anxiety and panic attacks. Finding the right medication to help was a feet in itself. Took about 6-8 different ones going through a nurse practitioner that was a real joke because I couln't get into a psychiatrist. Then finally got to the psychiatrist who found one in about ten minutes. I am doing better but can't work. Am on SSD now. That is a weird way to make my life better but it did. Long story.

I think it is a long story. I think sometimes social anxiety can be little headache. I think consultation with psychiatrist might help. I think may be spending more time with people whom we love and who love us might help in reducing the amount of anxiety and panic attacks and also depression. I think the more we talk with other people like friends the more we can reduce these type of feelings in life. I think when we keep ourselves busy in life we might be able to improve the quality of our lives.

i have done a lot of things - or tried a lot of things that i think will help make my life better. it is difficult, to struggle like we do - to do things in order to get things, ah life is a constant struggle... its just as bad as we think it can be... for most of us who needs to be doing a lot of things just to barely live decently. hay life is indeed unfair while others have things given to them freely.

Well as for me, I live my life better by having constant visit from my friends and talking about the past and other plans in their life. As long there is support and optimistic atmosphere, it makes my life as better as possible, either i have money or none.

I make life better by clinging on to what is to be done over what is just wanted. Aside from it, valuing people around through genuine love and respect also helps. AT the top of all, I make it a point to allow my Creator to be the center of my everyday.

You should be doing things to make your life better every day. Some of the things I do are go to religious services, donate to charities, and clean, cook and plant things in the garden. I think if you are not doing something positive on a daily basis you may be losing out on the best parts of your life.

I think that making your life better is something that we should all be trying to do, because we only live once and this means that we have to make the most of the life that we have. I always try to make sure that I make the most of my friends and family, as I know that I am very lucky to be able to have them in my life right now. I will take them on days out when the weather is nice, and I make sure that we have at least one evening per week where we don't watch the television as this means that we are able to talk to each other like we wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.
