i like to sleep

hi friends today i went to one place called "eluvathivu". i had some work there so i am unable to open my eyes and work because i had more work there. did you feel like this anytime?

Your health is very important and you should go to asleep earlier than you usually do in the evening after work. I had a boring meeting on a Monday and found afterwards fresh air plus exercise would wake me up. I think driving when sleepy can be very dangerous and in that case a rest is necessary like at a service station.

I once stayed up all night but didn't actually feel tired. Thats when i decided at about 3:00pm to have a quick five minute shut eye and not go to sleep. After what i thought was five minutes i open my eyes, look up at the clock and it's 6:05 pm. It gave me a big shock to think i had slept for three hours in what seemed a space of two minutes. There is only once i have almost fallen asleep standing up and that was waiting outside one of my history classes waiting to be let in for the lesson. I'd go to sleep if i were you your body is shouting out to you. You just need to listen to it. Blessed you be

I like to sleep a lot, but I rarely have those times when I am not able to complete my work because I am so tired. I think that the most important thing that you can ever do is make sure that you have enough sleep each evening, because if you do this it means that you are more likely to be able to do everything that you need to during the course of the next day because your body would be nicely rested. Never underestimate the power of sleep; you could very easily sleep enough to mean that you had enough energy to carry out your day to day activities.

Have that frequently, problem is that I don't get the change, but think if you feel it you really need that sleep. So listen to your body and if possible skip everything to do so. Your health is very important, am not only talking about your body but also your soul.
