Why professionalism, especially in football succeed in Europe than in other countries. Is it the policy of reward and punishment is carried out accurately and firmly full, or is a broader concept of successful management.

aside from professionalism, when it comes to games, teamwork is the best strategy. if there is no team work and cooperation no team will win. so professionalism is not only the factor to success it is the other side of what we called TEAM WORK.

I agree with you teamwork is the best strategy, and that is the responsibility of the Coach. More important than anything is the harmony between team members, and that is also is the responsibility of the Coach and His assistants.
