I saw a picture on the web the other day. It was a conversation between a mother and a daughter and the mom said WTF, because she thought it meant Well That's Fantastic :)).

Or the one where the boy's father joined Facebook and the kid wrote "Dad joined Facebook, WTF?". The dad responded with what does wtf mean and the kid replied "Welcome To Facebook". LOL

love it, nobody hates the F word more than me nobody. I am not a prude but to me making love is not something to use to swear with making love with someone you love is beautiful not ugly not degrading but the F work is ugly and degrading and demeaning so why must we keep on using it? If I am angry I will say damn but not f word. I can say Im furious with you but never fyou.

That is your choice in the matter. Everyone chooses the word they use. It's nice to see there are people out there who like using nice word instead of curses. PS: man you got a lot of posts :))

It means "What the f&ck'! At least that is what I know it as! Most young people know what it means and use it alot! I asked what WTF was from a freind on FAcebook who used it. I also has to ask what LMAO meant! (That means "Laughing my @ss off"!) My last boss had no idea what WTF meant and it was so full of himself he thought he knew everything! I will always use the WTF not the the three words on line but I have known to do it at work once in awhile!

I thought LMAO meant something else so it's a good thing I never used it. There was a photo on FB that suggested it meant lick my a$$ off. :))

wow! how old was the mom. to me you have to be a million years old in order not to know what that means. don't get me wrong, there are still some internet lingo that i don't know, but no one knows all of them. wtf is one of the more common. lol.

I just looked up what the meaning of that acronym is - it actually has tons of meanings..and the famous one was the one with the bad word.. It was actually hilarious, imagining what the kid's response was when her mom said that to her.
