I am really not into reading books but i want myself to practice loving it. I only read 6 books cover to cover and the rest only just in chapters.Mostly i read self help books since i find them interesting. The last book i have finished was entitled Taming Your Stress by Deborah Smith Pegues and i find it effective. Any recommendation?

If self help books interest you then The Secret may be just what you are looking for. It's a book about the power of positive thinking, and many people have said it's changed their lives.

there are a lot more books to read. if you want a self help and a true story - you might be interested in Tuesdays with Morrie. Its very inspirational and it sure is a self help for me because it teaches you life lessons, important things in life - the ones we can let go and so on...
