Paypal introduce 4% currency exchange fees

Till yesterday there is no Currency exchange fees for Indians in Paypal, today i got mail about their Policy update , update shows that they going to introduce 4% currency exchange fees. Till now im withdrawing money with 0% currency exchange fee and 0% withdraw fee , here after im going to lose 4% in my Paypal Balance.

Sorry mate but Paypal was charging a fee 0f 3.50% before this update and it has been increased to 4%.So a hike of 0.5%.

Yes I too got their correspondence regarding this, however, they used to charge before , until there was a change in policy after RBI intervened.Now they are going back to that...so we are all going to lose some money in addition to the poor exchange rate we get for our earnings..
