What is SSN?

Hello friends.
Recently I have register for WEPAY account. Its like a paypal account for withdrawal of money. They are asking for SSN number. What is this? Anyone knows about it?

The SSN stands for Social Security Number. It's what they use in the USA. Why would they ask for your SSN? You should be careful not to give out any private info on the internet. There are lots of crooks lurking around on the web.

If the account is U.S. based then the only thing I can think of them asking for is a social security number. It is something that American citizens are usually given once they are born or when they successfully complete immigration papers. I am not sure what else they could mean by it, but that is all I know.

It is Social Security Number. If you are a US resident, you can get that number. If you are not, you may not be able to get it.WEPAY account may not be for international residents or they may have some other processing option for others.

You many need to contact the company and see if they can pay you with a SSN. The SSN is mandatory for many companies for accounting and tax purposes within the United States.

SSN is socila security number it is identification for citizenship for US.
WEPAY account?
I heard of this first time here. Why you open the account wihtout getting proper information on them they are not paying to the people of INDIA and so you will not get one. Why don't youb open account in Paypal, it easy and not that hard.
Now guess forgot the thinks may you can play off some one exchane with him
